Exploring the value of early laboratory indicators combined with pancreatitis activity scoring system in assessing the severity and prognosis of acute pancreatitis

Objective: To investigate the value of early laboratory indicators combined with pancreatitis activity scoring system in assessing severity and prognosis acute (AP).
 Methods: This is a retrospective study. A total 160 patients AP admitted to Affiliated Hospital Hebei University from February 2021 2023 were enrolled classified into three categories: mild (MAP), moderate severe (MSAP), (SAP), 80 cases MAP MSAP as control group SAP experimental group. The differences inflammatory markers, blood routine, biochemical coagulation markers PASS score within 24 hours after admission compared between two groups, independent risk factors for predicting analyzed. Moreover, diagnostic efficacy prognostic evaluated.
 Results: well CRP, PCT, IL-6, WBC, N, AST, DD PT higher than Logistic regression analysis suggested that PASS, PCT WBC AP. In addition, had highest efficacy.
 Conclusion: Early elevation suffering great significance SAP. has important evaluating AP.
